Information Every Voter Needs

It’s never been easier to vote in Michigan. With the passage of Proposal 3 in the November 2018 election and Proposal 2 in 2022, Michigan citizens now have more time to register to vote and more choices about when and how they vote. The Michigan Voter Information Center can help you learn how to register to vote, verify your voter registration, locate your polling place, request and track an absentee ballot, how to participate in early voting, and find other important election-related information.

Michigan Elections are Secure, Accurate and Fair

Thousands of Republican, Democratic and independent election clerks, staff and volunteers make sure this is true every election. They follow the law and adhere to strict security protocols to make Michigan’s elections system among the strongest and most secure in the nation.
