The Michigan Democratic Party held its State Nominating Convention on Saturday, Aug. 24, to formally nominate Democratic candidates to the November general election ballot for the State Supreme Court, Board of Education, and University Boards.
“We are so proud of our slate of candidates up and down the ballot,” said Lavora Barnes, Chair of the Michigan Democratic Party, “and we will be with them every step of the way as we fight to defeat MAGA Republican extremists across the state this fall.”
